Star jump

Star jump

Start in a squat position with feet together and hands by your sides. Explosively jump upwards, spreading your legs and arms wide to form a star shape in mid-air. Land softly and return to the starting position before repeating.

Easier variant

Reduce jump height or step one foot out at a time instead of jumping.
