Calf raise

Calf raise

Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart. Slowly raise your heels off the ground as high as possible, keeping your legs straight. Pause at the top, then slowly lower back down to the starting position. For more difficulty, you can perform the exercise on an elevated surface.

Easier variant

You can perform calf raises while holding onto a wall or chair for balance.
